This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP of Product & Engineering - Back of House based in United States. This senior leadership role owns both Product and Engineering for a complex, multi-service Back of House domain within a hospitality technology platform. You will define product strategy, shape the roadmap, and lead the engineering organization responsible for building and operating mission-critical systems. The role combines strategic product leadership with deep technical and organizational ownership. You will guide globally distributed teams across multiple time zones while partnering closely with senior leadership. A key focus will be improving reliability, performance, and scalability without compromising continuous customer delivery. You will also lead the integration of AI into core product experiences, identifying opportunities that meaningfully improve how hotel teams work.
